One shop, five towns
Cove Plumbing was incorporated in Texas in July 1982 and has worked out of the same red and white building on E Business Hwy 190 ever since. Across from Goodwill. If you grew up here you have driven past it a few thousand times.
One of our customers left a review last year that said he had been calling us for thirty years. That is the whole pitch, really. We are still here, the number still works, and somebody still answers it.
Backflow, opened up
Not a sticker on a box. The assembly comes apart on the pad, every seat and spring gets looked at, and it goes back together or it gets rebuilt. Backflow testing is painted on the side of our vans because we actually do it.
What we handle
Residential and commercial. If the answer is that you do not need a repair, that is what you get told, and there is no charge for the estimate that said so.

Central Texas water is hard, and hard water puts sediment in the bottom of a tank until it starts to rumble. By the time most people call, the anode rod gave up years ago. We would rather flush it than replace it, and we will tell you which one you are actually looking at.

I had been meaning to have a toilet stabilized/secured and a loose faucet tightened up, saw the business on my way home and stopped in. The office manager/dispatcher (apologize I didn't get her name) was knowledgeable, friendly and up front about all costs. She also was able to fit me in to the schedule a couple of hours later in the same day! Wes & Jackson showed up and got right to it. They were professional, thorough and probably in and out in no more than 15 minutes and the work was done well! I solidly recommend these guys as well as their cost. Steve

Excellent service. Arrived on time for our requested appointment time. Very processional. Told us we didn't need a repair and showed us how to turn on/off the faucets to the washing machine. If we should require plumbing service in the future we will definitely call Cove Plumbing.

How it usually goes
The trucks are stocked, so most repairs finish on the first visit instead of after a parts run. Estimates are free and we try to get one back to you inside a few hours. If something is not right afterwards, tell us and a plumber comes back to make it right.

And the surrounding area. The office runs Monday to Friday, eight to five. The on call line is answered the rest of the time, including weekends and holidays, because that is when pipes tend to do it.
