Plumbing Installations

New work, fit to the house you already have

Residential and commercial. New build or renovation. We design around the pipe that is already in the wall, not instead of it.

Where new plumbing meets what is already running

A new bathroom, a remodeled kitchen, a full commercial build-out. Whatever it is, it has to tie into a system that was already there before we showed up, and that is the part that actually takes the experience. We size the run for what the rest of the house can support, match material so two different metals are not fighting each other twenty years from now, and lay it out so the next person who opens that wall can tell what happened and why.

Why the truck already has the part

Fixtures go in from Kohler, Moen, Delta and American Standard, and the work is checked against code before it is checked off, not after. Trucks are stocked so a straightforward installation does not stall out waiting on a supply run, and if something needs a permit pulled, that happens before anyone opens a wall, not after.

What integration actually means

Not a new system. One more branch on the old one.

Most of Copperas Cove was not built last year, and most of what we install goes into a house or building that already has its own pipe sizes, its own water pressure, and its own habits. We work out what the rest of the system can actually carry before we add a fixture to it, rather than finding out the hard way after the drywall is back up.

On a real estate deal or a new commercial space, that also means the paperwork. We pull the permit when one is required and walk the owner or the buyer through the inspection, the same way we do for a water heater going in on its own.
